Hi Jeff and Patrice,
I thought to let you know of a series I’m running on this UNGA. The objective is to assess if we can genuinely see the influences of BRICS and SCO and Multipolarity is visible at this meeting. Yes, it is visible, and Lavrov has just said so.
It is casual and not formal articles, but is more based on observations than on complex analysis. I post up the video stream of the daily speeches and the next day I do an observational piece of the previous day. This is really a very different UNGA.
