My introduction

Not much of a fight: Xi Jinping versus The Dwarves

I hope that you will at least take a look-see, if not read this analysis of one of Xi Jinping’s recent speeches.  I’d like you to compare what he says, how he acts, how he talks to his people, his government and his leaders, compared to the Judified, finger-puppet, kakocratic, reptile-brained, corrupt dwarves we have in the occupied and colonized West. I sure can’t imagine Donald Trump or Emmanuel Macron or Keir Starmer or Friedrich Merz talking to their nation’s peoples the way Xi Jinping does his (http://radiosinoland.com/2015/03/29/44-days-radio-sinoland-buckle-up-world-you-are-entering-the-xi-era-2015-3-20-29/ AND http://radiosinoland.com/2015/04/04/western-demonization-xi-jinping-let-slime-begin-44-days-radio-sinoland-2015-3-20-2-2/). A true statesman versus buffoon stooges.

Baba Beijing is Confucist and caring

The Communist Party of China (CPC) is visionary. It plans ahead ten years out. It’s looking to the future. It benchmarks countless citizen-centered projects. Everyone is held accountable. It’s a meritocracy, where the best cream rises to the top, and the focus is on helping the 99% – not the 1% elites. The Chinese leadership, whom I call Baba Beijing, works day and night to support the masses, following Mao Zedong’s exhortation to “SERVE THE PEOPLE”! (https://radiosinoland.com/2026/01/03/china-is-communist-dammit-jeff-j-browns-library-on-human-historys-greatest-success-story-for-the-global-99/).

The kakocratic West is Satanic and collapsing

Is it a perfect system? No. China is a nation of 1.4 billion souls, four times as many as the USA and three times more than Europe. It has 56 ethnic groups, from isolated, rural hamlets up to Chongqing (City) with 30 million inhabitants. Can you imagine the myriad complexities and challenges? Yet, it sure as hell beats the bogus, ersatz, laughable, risible, phony, supposed “liberal democracy” that we have in the Judeo-West, which has been an elitist, Satanic, corrupt cesspool for three thousand years. It lives off,

The West’s Sino-wet dream

The Judeo-City of London and its usurious, warmongering, Weimarized, Western compradors are all salivating to – someday, somehow – take down China, to rape and plunder its natural and human resources, like it did for a hundred and ten years, 1839 to 1949, which the Chinese call their Century of Humiliation. Thankfully, for all of humanity, China’s yearning masses, Mao Zedong, the People’s Liberation Army and the CPC saved the country from Judeo-oblivion (https://radiosinoland.com/2024/01/03/the-mao-encyclopedia-for-dummies-updated-and-its-all-here-books-articles-movies-visuals-china-rising-radio-sinoland-240103/), keeping it from being turned into a continent-sized Democratic Republic Of Congo or Haiti (there are many others), which are resource whores for Western Judeo-capitalists. Otherwise, the world would already be a dystopian hellhole.

Tri-axis to the rescue

The West’s wet dream to destroy China will not happen, at least in my lifetime, because the People, the Party, and the PLA (People’s Liberation Army – https://radiosinoland.com/2025/12/21/evelynejeffs-excellent-china-adventures-11-no-other-country-and-its-military-have-the-bond-and-mutual-love-as-the-chinese-and-their-peoples-liberation-army-pla-it-truly-is-a-noble-force-for/ AND https://radiosinoland.com/2025/12/22/evelynejeffs-excellent-china-adventures-12-the-peoples-liberation-army-works-tirelessly-for-the-citizens-and-the-latter-lavish-their-soldiers-with-praise-13-short-videos-with-bare-knuckled-com/), are locked arm-in-arm in an ironclad, tri-axis defense against foreign subterfuge.

Corruption is being killed

The other reason that it’s not going to happen is because Baba Beijing is fighting tooth and nail to weed out every nook and cranny of corruption in the country. Since Xi Jinping became president in 2012, that has been the case. They are not letting their foot off the pedal to tackle malfeasance (https://radiosinoland.com/search/?q=war%20on%20corruption). Mao Zedong failed miserably to contain it (and you are brainwashed that he was a tyrannical vampire who could snap his fingers and get whatever he wanted), and corruption was rife especially during the Deng, and on into the Jiang and Hu Eras.

Thus, today, the vast majority of government, business sectors and citizens are relatively corruption-free, compared to the open sewers of cynical, money grubbing, greedy government, corporate leaders, street-level crime and violence in the usurious, Judeo-capitalist West.

Xi Jinping: Practice Proves That We Cannot Be “Strangled by Foreign Powers” and “Pursuing Real and Substantial Growth”

December 10, 2025 – Agenda: Central Economic Work Conference Held in Beijing

Standing at the historical threshold of transitioning from the “14th Five-Year Plan” to the “15th Five-Year Plan,” the start is crucial, and careful planning is essential. Every aspect tests the concept of performance evaluation. At the Central Economic Work Conference, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized “establishing and practicing a correct view of performance evaluation,” a clear and realistic directive.

“Over the years, we have relentlessly rectified vanity projects and projects designed for political gain, achieving many results, but the problem hasn’t been eradicated; in some places, new variations have emerged.” At this point, the General Secretary’s expression turned grave. “Some development zones are too large and inappropriate, some exhibitions and forums are developing in a disorderly manner,” he continued, adding, “There’s also ‘inflated data,’ fake construction starts, and ‘invoicing-based economy’…”

Prevention is better than cure; caution is paramount from the outset. “Strengthen supervision and curb these unhealthy trends. With the ’15th Five-Year Plan’ about to begin, we must cleanse the filth and purify the atmosphere.”

Unified thinking is the foundation of unified politics and unified action. The choices between visible and potential achievements, real and superficial accomplishments, local and overall goals, and the present and the future reveal one’s vision and responsibility.

“To create achievements, we must address the questions of for whom we create achievements, what kind of achievements we create, and how we create them—in other words, we must address the issue of our view of political achievements.” General Secretary Xi Jinping once used these three questions to explain the way of governance. At this meeting, he reiterated this point.

For whom do we create achievements?

“We must adhere to the principle of achieving political success for the people.” The General Secretary’s speech was simple yet profound. The Communist Party of China, with its unwavering commitment, “regards serving the people and bringing them benefits as its most important political achievement, and takes the number of good deeds and practical things done for the people as an important criterion for evaluating its performance.”

The meeting outlined eight key tasks for next year’s economic work, all focused on addressing the “people’s livelihood” issue. General Secretary Xi Jinping spoke about stabilizing the employment situation, emphasizing the need to prevent migrant workers from falling back into poverty upon returning to their hometowns. Addressing the emerging trend of neglecting agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, he pointed out: “After the victory in poverty alleviation, there was a transition period, which was completed this year, but completion does not mean the task is canceled. We must still prioritize work related to agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, and ensure the connection between consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization; we must still take rural revitalization and the development of work related to agriculture, rural areas, and farmers as the foundation of Chinese-style modernization.”

What kind of achievements will be created?

“The concept of performance evaluation is reflected not only in promoting development, but also in improving people’s livelihoods and maintaining stability; not only in tangible achievements that yield immediate results, but also in intangible achievements that lay the foundation, enhance momentum, and benefit the long term; not only in resolving current contradictions, but also in addressing historical issues.” His words convey a dialectical perspective.

When discussing the highlights of the 14th Five-Year Plan, the General Secretary mentioned that the technological innovation achievements in space, land, and sea are “remarkable,” and that “practice has proven that these cannot ‘hold us back'”; “APEC Blue” skies have become the norm, and the average PM2.5 concentration in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in the first three quarters of this year “decreased by 54% compared to 10 years ago”; the world’s largest renewable energy system has been built, and now one out of every three kilowatt-hours of electricity used is green electricity… These “foundation-laying, momentum-enhancing, and long-term benefiting achievements” have achieved transformative leaps through persistent efforts.

How to create achievements?

“Achievements should be based on practical work,” General Secretary Xi Jinping succinctly stated. “We must consciously act according to established principles, avoiding short-sighted pursuits, deception, and reckless actions in the pursuit of political achievements, and preventing new officials from ignoring past commitments and creating vanity projects or projects designed to boost political image.”

At the meeting, he spoke about performance evaluation and planning, conveying a value orientation of pragmatism, prioritization, and effective implementation: “We must improve the differentiated performance evaluation system, enhance the relevance and scientific nature of evaluations, and ensure that the evaluation system truly serves its purpose.”

The national and local governments are currently engaged in planning. “We must strengthen overall coordination, streamline and optimize overlapping, redundant, and ineffective planning tasks, and prevent excessive and indiscriminate planning.”

“All plans must be based on facts, pursuing tangible and genuine growth, and promoting high-quality and sustainable development. Those who are unrealistic, hasty, and prone to adding unnecessary burdens at each level, or who spread projects haphazardly, will be held strictly accountable,” General Secretary Xi Jinping earnestly stated.

Through this view of performance evaluation, one can perceive a strategic resolve.

Looking outward, amidst the turbulent tariff and trade wars, we must forge ahead against the current, not slowing down an inch. China has demonstrated composure and confidence to the world: “We have shown the spirit, backbone, and strength of the Chinese people, demonstrated our core strength, and won the respect of the international community.”

Looking inward, “Some projects under the 15th Five-Year Plan are ready and can begin construction ahead of schedule, but this must be done with the prevention of ineffective investment as a prerequisite, strictly preventing the problem of projects being abandoned after completion or investments being aborted.” General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized, “We must pay close attention to the decline in investment, but also remain calm and composed. From the perspective of basically realizing socialist modernization, there is ample room for investment, whether in materials or in people.”

Maintaining resolve, deeply rooted in the community, and pragmatically achieving results, we will resolutely move forward on the road to rejuvenation. The General Secretary stated firmly: “Faced with the changing international landscape and various risks and challenges, we must maintain strategic focus and unswervingly manage our own affairs well.”
