My quick comment before starting
The reason China is able to renounce Judeo-Western sanctions now, is because it has set up global, parallel cross-border payment systems with scores of countries, including Russia, Iran, DPRK, and much of Africa, using untraceable blockchain technology, to trade in RMB and all the other national currencies, thereby circumventing the Talmud-Tanakh City of London and its SWIFT and Bank of International Settlement (BIS) dictatorship. It has taken about a decade to put in place and now is is fully operational.
Judeo-sanctions are always based on extortion to cut seller/customer victims out of the Western payment system, thereby not being able to trade and do cross-border business.
