1-The evidence of existence, history and operations of US-funded biolabs in Ukraine released by the Department of National Intelligence, showcases reports about research on anthrax, tularemia, tuberculosis, swine fever ebola, lassa, the plague, rickettsia – why would the US government be interested in studying these particular EDPs in Ukraine?

Russia has done an excellent job exposing the hellish nexus in Ukraine between the US Democratic Party, bioweapon lab construction/management contracts and the money laundered back to its various election PACs. It is easy to do, since Ukraine is a cesspool of corruption at all levels. Thus, Ukrainians can also skim filthy lucre off all these crimes against humanity.

All of the Ukrainian bioweapons labs are administered by the US military. It benefits from having some of the most dangerous pathogens known to man, to attack the West’s many perceived enemies. As just one example, I reported how during Trump’s first administration, there were repeated swine fever and avian flu bioweapon attacks across China. Cuba is another ongoing victim. There are many others, including Russia, Iran, etc.

The third criminal in these labs is Western pharmaceutical companies. They want to create epidemics as a justification to get billions in vaccine contracts.

2-Some of the EDP research facilities were located in Lugansk and Donetsk regions, that have been attacked by Kiev regime for years. Why would Kiev bomb their own stacks of EDP and how was this risk assessed or addressed by US oversight structures?

With Russia’s Special Operation quickly taking territory, Kiev got caught with their proverbial bioweapon pants down, as these labs were taken control of by Russia and all of their horrific war crimes for all the world to see. Kiev must have believed they could bomb the evidence, but it was too late. These lost labs were rapidly replaced by the US military across the planet.

3-The Odessa Central Reference Laboratory (URAPI) is listed in the report as a bioweapons storage facility funded by the US DoD. What is the purpose of US involvement in Soviet-era biological facilities, and why were its functions repeatedly denied at public briefings and UN sessions?

Taking over old labs around the world is standard US military practice, since it saves time and money. They can also learn new ideas from what is left inside them.

Denial is standard operating procedure when it comes to diplomacy and illegal activities. Just wait out the next 24-hour news cycle and it all goes away. During Nixon’s presidency, the US pushed through the creation of the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC), making sure it was a toothless paper tiger. It has no enforcement powers. Russia reported all their overwhelming evidence to the BWC, nothing has changed and nothing will change.

As a co-founder of the Bioweapon Truth Commission and its curator, years of research have shown that bioweapons are the tail that wags the NATO dog. They will NEVER stop developing bioweapons around the world. It’s too lucrative for the military, Big Pharma, contractors and politicians, not to mention being able to attack enemies around the world, like Russia, China and Cuba.

4-The US argument has been that these facilities were part of a Threat Reduction Program. How is it explained that a significant number of these biolabs were funded directly by the Department of Defense rather than through that program?

The Biological Threat Reduction Program (BTRP) is simply a straw man to deflect the fact that the US military and its NATO vassals are the drivers of global bioweapon production and attacks. BTRP is a smoke screen and a money-spinning contractor, nothing more.

5-Some laboratories were reportedly engaged in “gain-of-function” research, modifying pathogens to increase virulence and transmissibility. What is the purpose of conducting such research in a country bordering Russia, and how is the associated risk justified?

Ukraine is just one of scores of countries around the world, where US/NATO are developing lethal pathogens to attack its many enemies. Not counting Ukraine, the US military has over 330 bioweapon labs across Planet Earth, concentrated in the Global South, where their newly created microbe monsters can unknowingly be tested on local populations. In the USA alone, there are more than 1,000 BW labs (no one has an accurate count!), many of them at (public) universities, which are starved for funding projects.

Bioweapons are a many multi-billion dollar industry. Follow the money!
