While most Judeo-Westerners are struggling to buy houses or even afford to rent them, Evelyne and I are experiencing the benefits of Baba Beijing deflating China’s real estate market (again!), without bringing down the economy.
From most of 2000-2019, China’s real estate market was in a capitalist bubble. At one point, prices increased 50 % in only six months! Since the Chinese people own all the banks, all the insurance companies and all the land, Baba Beijing let the air out of that bubble in only 1.5 years and the economy never missed a beat.
When Xi Jinping was elected president in 2012, he famously said that residential property was not for speculation, but to be lived in by the people. Chinese were buying up apartments and larger homes, sitting on them empty, as the market mostly continued to rise. Baba Beijing used real estate taxes and purchase fees to try to cool off the market, but mostly to no avail.
Several multi-billion real estate companies went bust with millions of citizens waiting for their apartments to be built or finished. Baba Beijing protected first-time home buyers. Those who had second, third, etc., homes, i.e, were investing in the market for speculation, took it in the chin. These busted companies’ assets were distributed to publicly-owned SOE’s (state-owned enterprises), the first group getting their places to live and the latter losing their shirts.
You can do this when the people own the banks, insurance companies and land. Capitalist economies NOT. In the latter economies, all those assets go back to Talmud-Tanakh investors and the 99% get the shaft.
After 2019 and several big real estate business busts, Baba Beijing put its foot down to stop this market yoyo and bring home ownership – already at a sky-high 85%, to as close to 100% as possible. It meant deflating the real estate market permanently. And that is exactly what has happened, while the economy continues to grow 5% a year. The last recession China had was in the 1970s, proving the robustness and resilience of its communist-socialist economy, and they’ve never had a real estate bubble that crashed.

As a result of this latest real estate market initiative, rental and purchase costs have dropped about 50% over much of the country, although less so in megacities like Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing and Guangzhou.
In second-, third-tier and smaller cities, the deflation has been remarkable. As much as we love the Taiwanese people, for a climate that works for Evelyne, since she is allergic to humid heat, we just moved from Taiwan to Kunming, the capital of Yunnan Province, 2,000 meters above sea level (masl). Known as the “City of Eternal Spring”, there really is no winter or summer.
We went even further into the boondocks and moved to Shilin, about 65km to the east. It sits at 1,700masl, high enough and only has 240,000 inhabitants, to Kunming’s 9.5 million. It is where the world-famous UNESCO Stone Forest Geopark is located (https://www.bing.com/images/search?q=stone+forest+kunming&form=HDRSC2&first=1)
We are only 21 minutes from Kunming by high-speed train and 47 minutes by regular trains.
We just signed a one-year lease on a 9th-floor apartment, 122 square meters. It has three bedrooms, two full baths, dining area, living room, two terraces, kitchen, laundry, fully furnished with refrigerator, washer and all the furniture. Right in the middle of downtown Shilin.
Guess the cost. It is 1,300 RMB per month, or €169 per month! Internet/cable TV for the whole year is only 96 euros and drops to €63 euros in years two and three. Of course, all the phone companies in communist-socialist China are publicly-owned. The total cost of electricity, water and city gas (all citizen-owned, public utilities) is less than €20 per month. The citizen-owned garbage service picks up nightly and every day is big trash day.
Evelyne, billions of Chinese and I are benefitting from Xi Jinping’s vision that he set out in 2012.
Like the rest of China, there are no beggars, homelessness, tent cities, drugs, no slums, no street crime, no pollution. Public and personal safety are a way of life. Clean streets and public toilets are everywhere. The public bus system only costs €0.15 per ride. The markets are full of meat, fruit and vegetables at a fraction of what they cost in the Judeo-West. Inflation is almost zero. All Chinese have universal health care, with mostly publicly-owned, reasonably-priced hospitals and clinics. Just check YouTube to see all the foreigners praising China’s (Taiwan included) accessible, high-quality, economic medical system.
All toll roads are publicly-owned and free to all during official holidays. Airlines, aerospace, aviation, heavy industries, mines, air/ports, roads and trains are publicly-owned. The Chinese are the world’s biggest outbound travel country and biggest internal travel country. They are buying electric vehicles by the millions and they don’t burn up and kill people riding in them. Publicly-owned electricity is so cheap, Chinese can charge up their EVs for €3-8 and roll 300-500km. Latest models have updated battery technology and can go 700-1,200km.
Everything critical that matters to the people is collective owned by the people. The high-volume-low-margin consumer markets (phones/electronics, food, furniture, appliances, restaurants, tourist trade) is the thin layer of capitalism that the Talmud-Tanakh media wants to trumpet, ignoring the rest. It’s like being fixated on the Earth’s crust and pretending that the mantles and core don’t exist.
With 1.4 billion citizens, China has many issues to deal with, youth unemployment currently being the biggest concern. Nonetheless, compared to Judeo-destroyed Western-Wokeist civilization, living in China is as close to “paradise on Earth” as either of us have ever experienced, and that includes Taiwan.
And you wonder why the Chinese people love their leaders and the Communist Party of China, not to mention the People’s Liberation Army. In China, Baba Beijing and the army work for the masses. In the Talmud-Tanakh West, corrupt, pedophile, cannibalistic, Satanic, psychopathic leaders work exclusively for rich and powerful Judeo-elites, at the expense of the masses, whom they despise and insult them at every turn, treating them like ignorant, ungrateful children. Be thankful for the usury, forever wars, inflation, daily misery, bread crumbs and dog turds that we give you.
Evelyne just saw a French program, which stated that 30% of the country’s homeless are employed. Two or three years ago, I read that 20% of French are skipping a meal a day, because they can’t afford to buy food, and 25% can no longer afford to take a vacation. In winter, her friends can’t afford heating and have to put on winter wear in the house to stay warm. Evelyne’s friends and family are being driven into inflationary poverty. It’s even worse in Talmud-Tanakh Britain and occupied, colonized and Weimarized USA.
What kind of society is all this? It’s crimes against humanity, yet Judeo-Western citizens obediently bend over, spread their legs and take this abuse day after day, year after year, century after century. After all, their socio-politico-economic system is so far superior to the rest of the worlds’, right? Ahhh…the promise of Judeo-West’s ersatz “democracy”. Compared to Communist-Socialist-Confucist-Daoist-Buddhist China, France’s Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité and the American Dream are nothing more than bad jokes and brainwashing propaganda to keep the 99% ignorant, arrogant and complacent.
If Baba Beijing tried to mistreat its people like Judeo-Western kakocrats do and have been doing so for 3,000 years, they would rise up, start a revolution and change their lot for the greater good, something they’ve been doing for millennia.
